These terms explain the rules for using GUY2 Launcher, its macros, Discord verification, and related services.
By downloading, installing, verifying, or using GUY2 Launcher or any GUY2 macro, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for use by a minor where required by law.
GUY2 Launcher provides access to automation scripts, configuration tools, version selection, usage statistics, Discord-based access checks, and related support resources. Features may differ by macro, game version, launcher version, Discord role, or operating environment.
The launcher and macros are provided for personal use. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox, Discord, or the developers of any automated game.
Some features require you to verify through Discord OAuth. The verification backend obtains your Discord account identity and checks your actual membership and roles in the GUY2 Discord server. The launcher cannot grant itself a role by sending a role name to the backend.
A verified Discord account may be registered on a limited number of devices. The current default is two devices. Multiple supported Windows accounts on the same underlying device may be grouped as one device for enforcement purposes.
The device limit is intended to let one person use a desktop and laptop while discouraging paid-role sharing. Attempts to evade the limit, falsify device information, clone credentials, or transfer access to another person may result in revocation.
Replacing a device: Contact support if a legitimate hardware replacement uses all available device slots.
You may not use the service to:
Automation can conflict with the rules of a game, platform, server, or third-party service. You are responsible for checking and following the rules that apply to your account.
GUY2 does not guarantee that a macro is undetectable, error-free, continuously compatible, or safe from account restrictions. Game updates, anti-cheat changes, network conditions, screen scaling, and user configuration can affect behavior.
You use automation at your own risk. No promise is made that your game or platform account will never be warned, restricted, suspended, or banned.
Some features may be limited to Discord supporter roles or other paid access. Access is associated with the purchasing or verified Discord account and may not be resold or shared.
Prices, included features, role benefits, and availability may change. Any refund entitlement is governed by the payment provider's rules, mandatory consumer law, and the terms shown at purchase. Contact support promptly if access was not delivered correctly.
The launcher, runner, macros, verification backend, database schema, or website may be updated, replaced, suspended, or discontinued. An update may be required for security or compatibility.
Temporary outages can occur because of maintenance or failures involving hosting providers, Discord, Supabase, game services, internet providers, or local systems. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
GUY2 branding, official launcher code, official macro releases, website content, and original assets remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use official releases under these terms.
The launcher may let you view or edit local macro files. Your modifications are your responsibility, are not official releases, may break verification or compatibility, and are not automatically supported.
The service processes limited account, role, device, session, and security information as described in the Privacy Policy. Sensitive backend secrets are not intentionally distributed with the launcher, and the backend does not trust client-provided role claims.
You are responsible for protecting your Windows account, Discord account, and device. Report suspected unauthorized access through the official Discord server.
Access may be limited, revoked, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, including for account sharing, payment abuse, forged verification, attacks, redistribution, harassment, or other violations of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion of applicable server-side account/session data through support, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made regarding uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, accuracy, or freedom from defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GUY2 and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, including lost game progress, account restrictions, lost data, lost revenue, or downtime.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms may be updated when the service, security model, payment features, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and important changes may also be announced through the website or Discord.
Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
