These terms give the rules for GUY2 Launcher, GUY2 macros, verification, and related services.
When you download, install, verify, or use GUY2 Launcher or a GUY2 macro, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Do not use GUY2 if you do not agree.
You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. If the law requires it, a parent or legal guardian must approve use by a minor.
GUY2 provides a launcher, automation macros, settings, statistics, optional features, updates, and support. Some features depend on your launcher version, macro, Discord access, device allowance, or system.
GUY2 is for personal use. GUY2 is not operated by or endorsed by Roblox, Discord, or the developers of games that GUY2 can automate.
You must be a member of the official GUY2 Discord server to verify. Start verification from the launcher and follow the Discord instructions. GUY2 uses your Discord identity, server membership, and eligible access level to decide if you can use the service.
A verified Discord account can have a limited device allowance. GUY2 can change this allowance for an account or access level.
Do not bypass a device limit. Do not copy or transfer access to another person. GUY2 can revoke access or add a blacklist when a user tries to avoid these rules.
Device replacement: Open a support ticket if a legitimate device change prevents verification.
Do not use GUY2 to do any of these actions:
Automation can conflict with the rules of a game, server, platform, or other service. You are responsible for the rules that apply to your account.
GUY2 does not guarantee that a macro will always work or remain compatible. Changes to a game, your system, your network, or your settings can affect a macro.
You use automation at your own risk. GUY2 does not guarantee that a game or platform account will not receive a warning, restriction, suspension, or ban, even if they're unlikely.
Some GUY2 features can require a supporter role, paid access, or temporary access. This access belongs to the applicable verified account. Do not resell or share it.
Prices, benefits, and available features can change. Refund rights depend on the date of the purchase, the payment provider, and the terms shown at the time of purchase. Open a support ticket if paid access was not delivered correctly.
GUY2 can update, replace, suspend, or stop the launcher, macros, website, or related services. GUY2 can require an update for security or compatibility.
GUY2 can have temporary outages. GUY2 does not guarantee continuous availability.
GUY2 branding, official software, official macros, website content, and original assets remain the property of their respective owners. These terms give you a limited, personal, and revocable right to use official GUY2 releases.
You are responsible for modified, custom, or third-party content that you use with GUY2. GUY2 does not guarantee support, compatibility, or official statistics for that content.
GUY2 processes limited account, device, access, activity, and security data. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data and why GUY2 uses them.
GUY2 can publish aggregate usage and launcher statistics that do not show a public per-user history. You are responsible for the security of your Windows account, Discord account, and device.
GUY2 can limit, revoke, blacklist, or terminate access when this is reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users. This can include account sharing, payment abuse, unauthorized access, attacks, redistribution, blacklist evasion, Discord-server ban evasion, or other violations of these terms.
You can stop using GUY2 at any time. You can submit a privacy or data-removal request only through an official GUY2 Discord support ticket.
A data-removal request does not remove or reset a blacklist. GUY2 can keep data that is necessary to identify a blacklisted user, enforce restrictions, detect evasion, or prevent abuse. If all remaining personal data is necessary for these purposes, GUY2 can refuse to erase that data where applicable law permits it. See the Data Removal Policy for more information.
To the maximum extent that the law permits, GUY2 is provided "as is" and "as available." GUY2 does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, suitability for a specific purpose, or freedom from defects.
To the maximum extent that the law permits, GUY2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss that results from use of the service. This can include lost game progress, account restrictions, lost data, lost revenue, or downtime.
These terms do not exclude liability that the law does not permit GUY2 to exclude.

GUY2 can update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The page will show a new update date. GUY2 can also announce important changes on the website or Discord.
If you continue to use GUY2 after new terms take effect, you accept the new terms to the extent that the law permits.
